By using www.1level.co.uk (the “Site”), our free assessments, and any member portal features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
1 Level Up provides personal and performance coaching services and related digital tools (assessments, scorecards, educational content). Coaching engagements are subject to a separate agreement discussed on your discovery call.
2. Free tools & content
- Assessments and scorecards are informational self-reflection tools, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Results are based on your self-reported answers and are not a professional certification or diagnosis.
- Blog and educational content is general information only.
3. Accounts
If you create a portal account you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or scrape the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site (including injecting malware, attempting to bypass security, harvesting personal data, or submitting abusive content). Automated bulk submissions to forms are prohibited.
5. Coaching packages
Package descriptions on the Site are indicative. Fees, duration, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before engagement. Features labelled “coming soon” in the portal are not guaranteed until launched.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, frameworks, and branding are owned by 1 Level Up or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them without permission. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.
7. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of free tools or website content. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer elsewhere.
